This edition has been reorganized for more logical flow and to enhance its use for training. Most of the 39 chapters have been extensively updated and revised, including a new chapter (35), Sustainability, defining the concept for HVAC&R and describing the principles, design considerations, and detailed evaluations required; expanded climatic design data (increased from 4422 to 5564 stations); and updates from ASHRAE Standards 62.1 and 62.2-2007, and discussion of LEED (Trademark).
